About Us
EncinitasMomsTown.com MomsTown.com co-founders, Mary Goulet and Heather Reider, are residents of Encinitas. Huge advocates for moms having the freedom and flexibility to earn money on their terms, Mary & Heather promote fellow entrepreneurs, host local networking events and offer tips, inspiration and motivation to moms who want to start a business or have one. Mary & Heather have co-authored two books, It's All About You, Live the Life You Crave (Simon & Schuster) and The MomsTown Guide to Getting It All (Hyperion Books). Their main website MomsTown.com is wholly focused on helping mom entrepreneurs start and grow a business. They host a weekly radio show, The Show for Mom Entrepreneurs, Fridays at 9a.m. - 10a.m. and they hvae a growing Network of local MomsTown sites, like this one, across the country. There are two other sites in San Diego; LaJollaMomsTown run by Maryann Rhodey and EastCountyMomsTown run by Lisa Cien. Mary & Heather have appeared on Dr. Phil three times, Montel and CBS Early Show. They've appeared also in Parade, San Diego Magazine, Martha Stewart's Body & Soul, Parents Magazine, USA Today, Quick & Simple and countless other magazines and newspapers. All talking about encouraging women to start and grow a business they are passionate about while having the flexibility to raise their children. Mary has two daughters; Sterling 10 and in 4th grade and Portia 7 in 2nd grade, both who attend St. John's. Hearther has three boys; Evan, Hayden, and Nolan. |
